Freight Terms
Freight prepaid on $1000.00 or more F.O.B. origin to single destination in continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) via carrier of our selection. Any accessorial delivery-sort and segregate and detention charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
Returned Goods Policy
Written authorization from The Libman Company is required. Freight prepaid by customer with a 10% restocking charge. Returned goods will be accepted for credit only and must be in original cartons in restockable condition.
Damaged Goods Policy
Proper acknowledgement and notation of damages or shortages on original freight bill is required to submit claims. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in disallowed claims.
Pack Type Information
Standard is the most common, smallest pack size utilized. Master Packs are used for smaller items, where many cases are banded together.
